New west end greenville development

A new quadplex was recently finished in the west end of Greenville. 9 Harris street burned down last August and was rebuilt bigger and better. The new units have hardwoods throughout, granite and vaulted ceilings in the upstairs units. Large back porches for friendly gatherings continue the Harris Street tradition of meeting in the evenings between residents. Because of the shortage of housing in downtown Greenville, SC these unit will be In high demand.

The city is happy to see the units which are made to look like a single family residence and set the tone for future developments in this area. The city has big plans for this area under the Hayne-Sirrine plan including re-arranging the county offices to accommodate more residential buildings.
